This TED talk describes the efforts of one blended learning model’s attempts to continuously provide teacher development. He provides some good background for the lay person in his first 8 minutes of the video, and at around the 8 minute mark he gives a look inside the classrooms and discusses the teacher development strategies he is employing to maintain a rapid prototyping style model in the school.
